Return Policy

LPC TONER/INK RETURNS

All Ink & Toner cartridges purchased from Laser Pro are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase when stored, installed and used under normal conditions. If the cartridge fails during the warranty period, the cartridge will be replaced or credit issued. All non-defective and undamaged returns must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Please do not mark, write address or Return Authorization Number on the outside of the original packaging.

All Ink & Toner may be exchanged or returned for a full refund in original, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective and undamaged returns.  After 90 days, no credit will be given on non-defective and undamaged returns. All returns are subject to inspection by Laser Pro and any credit will be issued after the product has been received and inspected.

Laser Pro cartridges are warranted not to damage the printer when stored, installed and used in accordance with the recommended procedures of the product manufacturer or the equipment manufacturer’s recommended procedures. In the event of any damage to a printing mechanism or component caused solely and directly by the use of this product, a Laser Pro technician will repair your printer free of charge. Laser Pro accepts no responsibility for damage to the equipment due to lack of routine and proper service, maintenance or cleaning of the internal components

OEM TONER/INK RETURNS

No OEM Toner or ink returns with requests for credit will be accepted unless the cartridges are determined to be defective.

OFFICE PRODUCT RETURNS

Prior to returning any merchandise (defective or otherwise), customers must contact Laser Pro to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Please do not mark, write address or Return Authorization Number on the outside of the original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns. Non-defective returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

All returns are subject to inspection by Laser Pro. Credit will be issued after the product has been received and inspected. Freight shipping charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was Laser Pro’s.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS

All defective returns must be pre-authorized by Laser Pro and have a Return Authorization Number. Returns without an RA number will be refused. Contact your sales representative or our customer service team to request an RA number. Laser Pro will credit or exchange the defective product after receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

SHORTAGES & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All shortages and damages from FedEx, UPS, or other freight carriers must be reported to Laser Pro within 48 hours of delivery. All trucking company freight shortages or damages must be filed at the receiving site with the trucking carrier. If you receive product that has been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice a shortage or damage after the carrier has left your premise, you must file a claim with the carrier according to their policies.

RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS

Due to limited shelf life and safety issues, not all items are covered by our return policy. Laser Pro does not accept returns on the following items: all dated products including calendars and planners, hygiene and consumable products (food and beverages), electronics, pharmaceuticals and certain cleaning supplies. These products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturer´s defect or error on our part. Opened computer software and any assembled furniture will not be accepted for return.

MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES

Returns and/or replacements after 30 days must be done directly with the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturers’ warranties vary, so please consult the warranty information included with your product(s). If you need help determining the details of your manufacturer´s warranty, contact your Laser Pro sales representative or our customer service team.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is submitted it cannot be canceled from the website. Because of our commitment to deliver orders as quickly as possible, our warehouses are immediately notified to pick your order for shipment once the checkout process is completed. Please call us for any changes you wish to make to an order. Refused shipments for undamaged products will incur the cost of return shipping being deducted from any refund, including, if applicable, any restocking fee by the manufacturer.

SPECIAL ORDERS / PARTIAL CREDIT

No credit will be given on special orders unless they are defective or damaged.  Laser Pro reserves the right to issue partial credit on an item by item basis.
